As a leader, I support the growth and development of my team through fostering coaching. This approach creates an environment of trust and learning, where each team member is encouraged to stretch their skills, explore new ideas, and grow through both success and challenge. This coaching and feedback plan outlines what my team can expect from me as a coach—guidance, encouragement, and space to develop at their own pace.
My Coaching Goal
My overarching coaching goal is to build strong connections with my team while helping each person grow, contribute, and achieve both individual and shared goals. Together, we will identify ways I can best support each person’s growth, learning, and success within the team.

Feedback
Feedback is a vital part of coaching. It is through open and honest feedback that we grow individually and as a team. I will provide feedback that is supportive, timely, and constructive, focused on growth and improvement. My goal is to be open to conversation so we can understand each other’s perspectives and move forward together.
How and when you can expect to receive feedback:
Feedback will be given in the way each teammate prefers to receive it. Some may value written feedback by email, while others may prefer one-on-one conversations. We will discuss and decide what works best for each person regarding both the format and tone.
I will share daily general messages on progress and team check-ins. Individual feedback will be given weekly and as needed if someone is off track. I also believe in offering informal, real-time feedback during collaboration so growth feels natural and ongoing.
How and when you can provide feedback to me:
I value open and honest communication from my team as much as I give it. If I am not supporting or communicating in a way that helps you do your best work, I expect you to meet with me and share what I can do better. We should be comfortable shining mirrors on each other—seeing both our successes and opportunities for growth.
