The ADDIE model is a step-by-step model for creating training programs and learning experiences. ADDIE stands for: Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate.
Using the ADDIE Model, I interviewed peers, found opportunities, and created a solution. Please listen to the included audio.
After discussing opportunities for meaningful Professional Development with peers, and using the ADDIE model, A Google Slides was created on how to implement meaningful professional development.
